Attach to the request your Tax Exempt Certificate which should include your company name and billing address that align with the account we have on file. You can ensure those are the same by logging into your Customer Portal.
The dated certificate or signature date are the effective dates. If those dates do not cover the invoice date to the current of all outstanding balances, we will need multiple certificates to cover all periods of time for the open invoices. Please ensure you include all of this information in your initial request submission to alleviate a delay and additional follow-ups.
