How can I give someone access to my Customer Portal?

Each Emburse customer can have two users with access to the Customer Portal. If you need to add a new user, submit a request. 

If you need to reassign your personal portal access to a different email address, simply log into the portal with your current account and update your registered email address to theirs. Please inform the new user that they will NOT receive an initial email. Instead, they should visit the BillingPlatform Customer Portal login page and use the "Forgot Password" link. This will allow them to set up their unique password and access the portal.
