How to Access BillingPlatform Customer Portal

Each Emburse customer can have two users with access to the Customer Portal. Login credentials are sent to the billing contact on record for Emburse customers from billing@ar.emburse.com

If you have not received your login credentials or need to adjust who has access to the portal, please submit a request.

If you need to reassign your personal portal access to a different email address, simply log into the portal with your current account and update your registered email address to theirs. Please inform the new user that they will NOT receive an initial email. Instead, they should visit the BillingPlatform Customer Portal login page and use the "Forgot Password" link. This will allow them to set up their unique password and access the portal.
